Straightforward support. A number before we start.

Some offices only need help when something breaks. Others want a monthly rhythm, or someone steering the whole setup. You pick the amount of structure. We write the rate down first.

Reactive

Help when something breaks. No hours sitting unused.

  • Call or send a request when you need us
  • Time against a rate we agree before the work

We don’t publish a single hourly rate on the site. An organized office is faster to support than one held together with shared passwords and a backup nobody has restored — so the rate isn’t identical for every client, and it can move month to month as the setup improves. What doesn’t move is the surprise: you see the number before work starts. Fixed rate. No fee that shows up later because we forgot to mention it.

The setup that earns the better rate

When the foundations are in place, the work is faster and the month is calmer. That’s when the reduced rate applies — for that month. Next month stands on its own.

  • Endpoint protection we know and trust
  • Off-site backups that have actually been restored
  • Microsoft 365 (or the platform you use) set up the way we recommend
  • Multi-factor authentication where it belongs
  • Admin passwords that aren’t shared in a sticky note
  • No mystery side systems we didn’t know about

If those pieces aren’t there yet, we don’t treat it as a penalty. Putting them in is the work. Once they are, you get a better rate and an office that can actually be recovered.

Tell us what’s broken — or what you want next

A consultation is a conversation, not a pitch deck. Call, or send a note and we’ll say whether remote support, a setup, or a monthly plan is the right fit.
