Since 2008
We started because reliable technology support was easy to buy if you were big, and hard to find if you weren’t.
4C IT Solutions was founded in 2008 by a local entrepreneur who got tired of watching small offices inherit systems that were either too thin to recover from, or copied from a company ten times their size. The job since then has been the same: take what works in a larger IT department — mail that can be restored, files people can reach, a phone that isn’t a mystery, a backup that isn’t a thumb drive — and make it affordable and understandable.
We’re a small team. That’s deliberate. When you call 517-879-4833, you get people who already know small-business systems, not a call center that has to look your office up from scratch.
Clients run from one-person shops to offices with a real staff, in retail, professional services, and the trades across Greater Mid-Michigan. A sole proprietor with a mature business gets the same attention as a company with thirty people. Headcount is a terrible way to decide who matters.

A lot of the day doesn’t need a truck: a password, a new user, a printer, a PC that has gotten slow, a mail account that stopped receiving. We do that online so your people keep working.
Some jobs still need a person in the building — a network install, a camera, a PC swap you don’t want to talk through. That’s 4C IT Solutions. We didn’t become a remote-only desk and forget the address on the invoice.
We also expect people to work away from the office. Mail, files, and a secure way back to the desktop should already be in place. We run that way ourselves, which is why the recommendation isn’t theoretical.
Automated backup. Access from more than one device. A plan for the day something fails. Phones that don’t require everyone to be at the same desk. Those are the systems we start with, because they’re the ones a small business feels immediately.
If you already have IT staff and need a second pair of hands, that’s a normal week for us too. If you have nobody, we can be the department you call.
01
We take the systems larger companies already use — mail, files, backup, remote access — and fit them to a one-person shop or a staff of thirty. Size is not what decides how much attention you get.
02
During business hours, a support request gets a response within 60 minutes. If work has stopped, call. Remote first; onsite in Greater Mid-Michigan when the job needs it.
03
Support is either when you need it, on a monthly rhythm, or actively managed. The rate is fixed before we start. No surprise fees after the fact.
A consultation is a conversation, not a pitch deck. Call, or send a note and we’ll say whether remote support, a setup, or a monthly plan is the right fit.
